Acceptable use
In short
Use Jubi to ask honest questions of your data. Don't use it to attack systems, harm people, or violate the law.
You may not
- Try to bypass Guardian or Atlas. That includes prompt-injection attempts at scale, jailbreaks aimed at disabling policy enforcement, and any attempt to disable, tamper with, or evade audit logging.
- Use the platform to process data you're not lawfully entitled to.
- Use it to generate content that defames a person, infringes intellectual property, or sexually exploits minors.
- Run high-volume scraping or denial-of-service traffic against Jubi or against the data sources Jubi reaches on your behalf.
- Use it to deceive your own customers or end users.
- Reverse-engineer the platform, except where applicable law expressly permits it and you've notified security@jubi.my first.
You should
- Configure your IdP and Atlas permissions before opening Jubi to a wider audience.
- Treat AI-generated answers as a starting point. Verify before relying on them for material decisions.
- Report security issues to security@jubi.my. We respect researchers acting in good faith — see security.txt.
What we do if AUP is violated
- Accidental misuse. We notify the customer admin and work with you to fix it.
- Sustained or willful misuse. We suspend access, then terminate. We may also be required to notify authorities.
- Imminent harm. We may take immediate protective action without prior notice and tell you afterward.
Reporting abuse
If you believe a Jubi tenant is being used to abuse you or others, email security@jubi.my with the details. We take this seriously even when the affected party is not a Jubi customer.
